The challenge

Hedge trimming is a local, seasonal business that grows through referrals and Google searches. Homeowners in Boucherville want three answers fast: does this company work in my area, what exactly does it offer, and how do I get a price.

The team needed a site as tidy as their hedges, in French first with a complete English version, that collects every detail needed to price a job, such as the address, property type, services and timing, without a round of phone calls.

What we built

We built three pages, home, services and about, with French as the default and English on every page. The language toggle keeps visitors on the page they were reading. The home page leads with the South Shore service area, the Google rating and the services, then walks through the quote process, an FAQ and contact details.

The quote form is the heart of the site. It checks the phone number, email, address, selected services, property type and preferred period before sending, keeps what the visitor typed if something is missing, and confirms each request with a unique reference in a printable confirmation. The server checks the same rules again, limits request size, verifies where requests come from and delivers each quote request by email through Resend.

The design is built around the client's photos of real hedges, with smooth scrolling and subtle motion, and fonts served locally to keep pages fast. Every page has its own metadata, and a localized sitemap and structured data describe the service catalogue and the Boucherville service area for Google.
