Case study / Residential window cleaning / Rive-Sud, QC / 2025

SuperVitre

SuperVitre cleans windows for homes on Montreal’s South Shore. We built its website with transparent per-window pricing, then simplified it into a fast static site once we saw what customers actually used.

The challenge

Window cleaning is a price-sensitive service, and homeowners want a number before they commit. Without a site, every customer asked for a price by message, one by one, and the team spent evenings answering the same questions about screens, frames and bad weather.

The team also wanted to look like a real company next to the bigger players: clear services, proof of the work, and an easy way to book in French or English. As a small team, they also could not afford a site that needed constant babysitting.

What we built

The first version went all in: online booking with a price estimate based on the number of windows and floors, photo uploads, bilingual confirmation emails, captcha on every form, and an admin dashboard to manage appointments, customers and reviews, all running on Firebase.

After a season we looked at how people really booked. Most customers read the prices and then called. So in October 2025 we simplified the site into a static brochure: no database, no accounts, no stored customer data, and booking by phone. That removed the maintenance and privacy load and made the site noticeably faster.

What stayed is what sells: a before/after section right under the hero, six reasons to choose SuperVitre, a three-step process, a pricing table with per-window ranges for small and large windows plus extras, an average cost for a mid-sized house, and an FAQ that covers service areas, bad weather and what is included. The site works in French and English, supports light and dark mode, and each page has proper titles and descriptions for local search.

Highlights

  • Transparent pricing table with per-window ranges and extras

  • Three-step booking process with phone reservation
  • FAQ covering service areas, weather and what is included
  • French and English versions with light and dark mode
  • Static site with no customer data stored
