Case study / Debris removal and clear-outs / Greater Montreal, QC / 2026

Service DEA

Service DEA picks up renovation debris, clears out basements and garages, recycles what it can, rents a tandem dump trailer and seals asphalt cracks across Greater Montreal. We created its brand identity and built a French website designed around one action: calling the team.

The challenge

Service DEA's customers usually need something gone today: renovation scraps, an old couch, a garage full of clutter. They are on their phone, often on a job site, and want to know whether the company takes their material, whether it serves their area and how fast someone can come.

The team was working from a Facebook page with photos of past jobs. There was no logo system and no website to send customers to.

What we built

We started with the brand: a DEA wordmark riding on a dump trailer, in black and safety yellow, delivered as a full logo kit with horizontal, stacked, icon and favicon versions. The same yellow and black carry through the whole website.

The site opens with a blunt promise, "Ramassé. Chargé. Parti.", and a live open or closed badge based on the seven-days-a-week, 7:00 to 20:00 schedule. A call button is always within reach, with a sticky call bar on mobile, because a phone call is how jobs get booked.

Below that, the page answers the questions that usually come by phone: the services, a table of accepted and refused materials, the areas served on the South Shore, the North Shore and in Laval, the step-by-step process, real photos from past jobs, testimonials and an FAQ. Structured data describes the business and its service area for Google.
